Training

We offer a variety of training options.

Our instructors are well versed in classroom settings with a hands-on approach to deliver training.

However,  we realize that doesn’t meet all of our customer’s needs, so we offer virtual classrooms too. From a purely virtual experience to a blended class with an instructor, we will meet your needs.

Have a customization need?  We can do that too, just smash the button on the right to contact us!

In-Person Training

In-person training is the most effective type of training available.  It incorporates all three learning methods, auditory, visual, and kinesthetic, adults use to absorb and learn new material.  This is why our in-person classes are structured to incorporate all three learning methods.

Our workbooks, handouts, and class exercises enable the visual and kinesthetic learner, while our instructors teach to capture the auditory learner.

Field Trips

We utilize ‘field trips’ to build on the in-person training.  It’s one thing to simply hear and see something spoken about in a training class, it’s something completely different to leave the classroom and venture out to the electrical/mechanical rooms, warehouse, production floor, or other locations to put what you are learning to practical application.

These field trips reenforce what the instructors are trying to teach in the classroom.  It develops another layer of understanding to start seeing your own equipment and locations when applying what you are learning.

Virtual Classrooms

While everyone is familiar with virtual classrooms now, we still incorporate the three methods of learning into our virtual training.  Utilizing downloadable and printable handouts, exercises you can do on your own, and video segments, we have taken virtual training to another level.

Blended Classrooms

Blended classrooms are our favorite way to deliver virtual training.  You still get all the benefits of the virtual classroom, but now you are adding personal interaction with a live instructor and a chance for question and answer time.

This method is the best option for a virtual training session.
